The Only Thing Constant is Change

First and foremost, thank you all for your birthday wishes. I've decided to take this time to reflect upon how my life has changed so drastically in so many ways over the course of this past year. Although change has been good to me for the most part, I can't help but pause and reminisce from time to time because I refuse to forget all that has meant so much to me in the past. In doing so, I realize that life couldn't possibly be satisfying if everything always stayed the same. You begin to see how much you've learned and grown from all that has happened, whether good or bad, and that there is no way you could ever be in the exact place you are today if any one of the components of your history did not occur or exist.
I'm grateful for everything I have experienced up until now, and will continue to be thankful for all my blessings, hardships and obstacles. I'm absolutely content and convinced that I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

Change is good for everyone. Its nice to see that you were able to find some sort of peace with certain things.
