I think I should win these because I'd wear these jeans everywhere...and I don't have the DIY skills that a lot of bloggers out there have.
I should win these jeans because I'm moving in a week to a place I don't know my way around, and where i don't know a single soul. I'll be very lonesome and i'll need a pair of slouchy comfortably-chic boyfriend jeans i can lounge around in pretending i've just nicked them from my very own boyfriend..

I think I deserve to win because I don't own a pair of Boyfriend Jean and I would LOVE to try one! Also, I don't own a lot of jeans, in fact, I only own about 4-5 jeans. I know, how can a girl like me own so little jeans? I have a hard time choosing the perfect jeans since I'm more curvy than most Asian girls so it is really hard for me to find a good pair of jeans. Even though, I still LOVE my body! :]

Hmm, well I think I deserve these jeans because the possibilities of outfits I could put together would be endless with these gorgeous jeans! Plus, this summer I'll be trekking around Costa Rica doing community service work and I need a pair of jeans that say "I have an effortless style and am not afraid to get dirty-yet I can look chic while doing real work!". These would be the perfect jeans to pair with tee shirts and my broken in converse for the day and then for the evenings in Costa Rica, I could throw on a glamorous top and heels and go dancing!

Hi Lily! I think I deserve these jeans because I am a poor environmental biologist that wears field clothes (ie cargo pants and baggy shirts) and rubber boots everyday that end up covered in mud because I track all day in marshes.
I would love to feel glamorous and fashiony for once and wear a trendy pair of jeans and high heels! Following your blog and others have inspired me to try and not look so frumpy but I definitely can't afford a nice pair of jeans so I would love to win these C/E!

Hey Lily, I think your site is great and I'm really digging your long hair! That being said . . .
. . . I think I should win these jeans because I have recently graduated from law school and am now studying for the bar exam in Florida, a state where I decided to move out of nowhere and don't know anybody. My current wardrobe consists of mostly gross staples that I've worn to school the past 7 years OR suits . . . certainly not a wardrobe appropriate for going out to meet people in a new city! These jeans remind me of my new location, chic and simple but with an edge that I know I could take advantage of. I think expanding my wardrobe would give me the confidence to go out and meet new people and actually explore the new life I've started for myself!

I deserve these jeans because I would love to try out the C/E boyfriend look. I only have one pair of BF jeans now, and they are not really that great, I found them on a whim earlier in the season.

very cute! they'd be awesome rolled up a little at the bottom with a really tall heel on. i'd wear them with a tighter top to offset the boy-ish look of them, or a really femine blouse.

Hm, I have two pairs of jeans total so this is very tempting, but I'm going to go ahead and nominate my cousin for this pair. She's an incredible elementary school teacher in the Philippines who loves her students even more than she loves her job. She's been through a lot of tough times-like her father passing away a few years ago-and maintained such an optimistic nature throughout, and if I know anyone who deserves these jeans, it's her. And generally speaking, what kind of woman doesn't adore having a little designer flair in her closet? I know I have my fix, for now :)

I think I deserve these jeans because today (June 17) is my golden birthday and I didn't get many presents and these jeans would make my day!
I deserve the Boyfriend jeans because I recently took a frank stock of my closet and my clothes choices, and in doing so, I realized two things I am now on a mission to change: I want to wear enough color, and I want to own some great jeans.
The color resolution is easy enough to work on; I'm currently wearing a purple sundress, for instance! Only the jeans are left.
I have one pair of jeans I wear with any regularity, which means that though they're comfy and worn in, they're beginning to quickly lose shape (and appeal). Having the Boyfriend jeans in my arsenal would mean an instant checkmark on my remaining fashion goal for the summer!
i deserve these jeans because i have asperger's(highly functioning autism) been depressed for a while and i'm trying to change all of that this summer.
plus i'm the sweetest person anyone will ever meet!

Hmm... I deserve these jeans because:
I know being a poor grad student is so cliche,
But I still need pants to cover my big bootay,
I happen to be studying Cinema-TV,
And dresses on set are bad (though pretty),
So these boyfriend jeans would be the perfect compromise,
Of style and comfort (at least in my eyes).
Why not try somthing new that is such a versatile jean to have in you closet? I mean, I have been wearing skinny jeans for the past two years, and fashion is about freedom, change, and risks. I would love to see how I can pair pieces I currently have with a new style of jean. What I love about the boyfriend jean is that they look comfortable, but you can still dress them up enough without going over the line of being too sloppy. I am cautiously and regretfully admitting to my jean addiction that has been going on for years, and would love to have the "boyfriend"s join my babies in my closet : )

I would like to win these jeans because the boyfriend jean epitomizes what I love about this season's trend- slouchy chic. This season seemed to really play on the ease and movability of pieces (ie. jumpers, harem pants, wedges & thicker heels, etc.), but keeping them fresh and stylish. Thanks to cult favorite designers like Alexander Wang and Rick Owens, we learned that we can be stylish without sacrificing comfort. Loose fitting, torn jeans can be sexy!
While some of these items may only last this summer- even overalls used to be 'trendy'- but I think boyfriend jeans will be a timeless, classic choice. That's why I'd like to win the Current/Elliot jeans from chicdowntown.com. Thanks!

I think I deserve these jeans because I only currently own 2 pairs that fit me properly!!! WTF and WHY do you ask? I recently lost a total of 60 pounds in the last year! yay me!
Everytime I go buy a new pair of Levi's or something, in 3 weeks, they will fit me huge. So damn it, I need to win a pair of jeans instead of shelling out 55 bucks every month (and passing them on to my lucky sister-in-law!)
