Apologies for being MIA. Since moving, I've been without internet until today. As promised, here are some pictures of my new apartment. My bedroom (I still don't have a mattress) and office area is currently in the works. I'll post more pictures once they're both complete.

I am a real loser when it comes to interior design. I have a whole folder on the desktop?! (I know...what a life?!)

Lily, I really think you should come to Australia with your mom and definitely come to the Gold Coast. It's where all the best beaches are. It's to die for and I know you would absolutely love it. Apparently, Gold Coast is a vacation spot for people in Australia. It's beautiful. Whenever I'm at the beach, I think of you and how much you would love it here. I miss you tons and I think about you all the time. I love reading your blog to see how you're doing but since you've been MIA, I've just been wondering about you. I'm really happy for you and your new apartment. It seems life just keeps getting better and better for you. You're working your dream job and now you're a proud owner of our first apartment. I'm really proud of you, Lily and it's good to see you doing well. I hope you're enjoying the new place. It really does look amazing. Like something out of a magazine. Anyways, I'm rambling. WOW. it's so clean. it's beautiful lily! thanks for sharing. am currently in the process of apartment hunting and would love a place along these lines. only problem: would have to MOVE OUT OF NYC. not good. hopefully, my new place will look like this...before i trash it with shoes everywhere.

I have YET to decorate my place. I've already picked everything out from IKEA (law student budget = Swedish savings haven) but I can appreciate and relate to your understated style. I can't wait to shop, build and decorate.
