Since we're on the topic of tattoos lately, Karl Lagerfeld, Jean Paul Gaultier and Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte have all decided to go far beyond garments that adorn the body on the runways, and have now embraced body paint and rub-ons. I have a feeling this is going to be one of the next big trends for S/S 2010.

The Chanel drawings are the best. Most delicate. It almost looks like jewelry.
The final two seemed like poorly done magic marker/Sharpie body art like what my friends used to do with permanent markers in junior high. It looks juvenile, drawn by bored prepubescents. Don't you agree?
