Vancouver's Own
We are a force to be reckoned with. Last week I had the pleasure of doing a photoshoot collaboration with fellow bloggers and friends, Vanessa of The Haute Pursuit and Peter of The Starving Stylist. In the words of Vanessa herself (she came up with this wonderful idea), "We want to show people that you don't need to go all the way to New York to find inspiration and Sartorialist-like photography. You can find it right in your backyard!" Stay tuned for a behind-the-scenes video, complete with individual and group Q&A, and utterly embarrassing clips of me laughing hysterically for no apparent reason.

Hehe. Peter sports the same smile in every single picture! :D And yup, it's SO damn true -- nyc's not the only place for fashion hotness!! Most of our fashion and styling geniuses are not even born and bred in the big apple! But I do have to admit that I love New York for what it is -a place where people EMBRACE and ACCEPT fashion! Because having the privilege to get to travel around the world, I've witnessed that fashion talents are an abundance, but most of the smarts are forced to be suppressed simply due to cultural or familial disapproval. I hope this changes though... :)

Dude, this was a brillant idea and what I love the most about this, not just the fabulous clothes, but the fact that you guys were having fun.
Man, if I was out on the streets and saw you guys I'm pretty sure I would stop in my tracks and asked ya'll wear you got your clothes from. And I hardly ever do that. Mostly because I'm too shy.
