Andrea: I got my gold spiked bracelet from them, as well as ring which BROKE! I recently sent it back to them to be fixed. They're absolutely horrible! I already told them I'll never shop from them again. As you said, they take forever to ship things and they don't respond to voicemails or emails in a timely manner either.
