Meet Me at the Station

TNA PARKA, WILFRED FREE SWEATER, ARMANI JEANS, GUCCI SHOES, CHANEL BAG, T.BABATON HAT
Friday's attire after being up since 5am. There's nothing like a pair of 5 3/4 inch platform sandals to keep you on your toes. Met with Tessa for lunch at Chill Winston, then some shopping at THE BOARD OF TRADE CO. I love picking at the minds of fellow creatives.
I was recently asked what I consider to be my greatest strength and weakness. Feel free to disagree: I believe my greatest strength is the ability to capture my emotions and feelings and translate it into a narrative stream of nouns, verbs and adjectives in as little words as possible. One of mymajor, psychotic hatreds pet peeves is when people just go on... and on... and on... and you're like, what was your point? I've also been told I can always see the best, brightest and most beautiful side of any given person. But secretly, my greatest weakness is that I can never see the good in myself.
On that note, I'm starting a second job tomorrow. New year, new career. I hope I don't fuck this up.

Très Chic! Love the street style.. and the military jacket. Good luck on the new job! I agree that being able to translate your emotions into words and literature is great strength!
I have to agree with your strength- I always go to your blog for a snap back into emotional filled reality and for some words of wisdom straight from the heart.
Congrats on your new job, Lily!
interesting question to ponder about... i've got plenty of weaknesses and one of my greatest strengths is that i'm well aware of all of those weaknesses.

I love you.
I'm the opposite of you, being a creative story teller. You're a wonderful writer in the no-nonsense, lyrical non-fiction sort of way. For me, I have to tell and tell and tell and tell to get the story across. My strength was always my words, but my weakness was always that I use too much of them.

That being said... I think I'm one of the people that you just described. Good thing we're best friends, LOL!

I've told you many times before but I have to say it again... I LOVE YOU! Your essence and being, it's scary when I read your beautifully poetic posts and it feels like I'm holding a mirror against myself.
