Lately I've been deep in thought about many things in my life. One, namely being, my sense of self-worth. I've been concentrating so much on what I don't have, that I've taken for granted everything (and everyone) that I do have. That being said, I've been through enough to know that this is just a phase and the clouds will part and I will feel the sun on my skin again.
Everyone has their own personal struggles. This is mine.

Primp, Polish, Repeat
Nothing makes me feel more polished (no pun intended) than a fresh manicure and pedicure. In preparation for my boudoir shoot, last Thursday after breaking a sweat during a Cardio Barre class, I visited Charisma Spa Lounge for an afternoon of pampering.
